1. General rules
1.1. The guest must follow these House Rules, fire safety rules, sanitary rules, quiet hours, and treat the property with care.
1.2. Check-in, check-out, keys, access to the apartment, and other practical matters are coordinated with the operator.
1.3. The guest is responsible for the actions of people staying with the guest or invited by the guest to the apartment.
2. Guests and permitted use
2.1. The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the request or separately agreed with the operator.
2.2. The apartment is provided for temporary stay. Parties, events, commercial photo or video shoots, and other non-residential uses require prior agreement.
2.3. Subletting, transfer of access to third parties, and accommodation of undeclared guests are not allowed.
3. Restrictions
3.1. Smoking is prohibited unless the specific apartment terms expressly allow it.
3.2. Pets are allowed only by prior written agreement with the operator.
3.3. Loud parties, disturbance of neighbors, property damage, interference with engineering systems, and disabling safety equipment are prohibited.
3.4. The guest must comply with applicable law, building rules, entrance rules, management company requirements, and neighbors' quiet enjoyment.
4. Property and deposit
4.1. The guest must take care of furniture, appliances, dishes, textiles, finishes, keys, and other property.
4.2. If the guest notices defects, dirt, damage, or missing items at check-in, the guest must inform the operator within 1 hour and provide photo or video evidence.
4.3. If the apartment terms require a refundable property deposit, the deposit may be paid by the guest or held by an agreed payment method.
4.4. The deposit secures property condition, compliance with rules, absence of debt, damage, smoking traces, excessive dirt, and other violations.
4.5. After check-out and inspection, if no violations are found, the deposit is returned or the hold is released according to the agreed procedure.
4.6. Damage, rule violations, extra cleaning, lost keys, damaged property, or debts may be withheld from the deposit or charged separately.
5. Cleanliness and household rules
5.1. The guest must keep the apartment reasonably clean and use the property as intended.
5.2. Trash, heavy dirt, smoking traces, and damage to textiles, furniture, appliances, or surfaces are not allowed.
5.3. Extra cleaning caused by rule violations may be charged separately.
6. Safety and emergencies
6.1. The guest must follow fire safety rules, must not leave electrical appliances unattended, and must not use faulty devices.
6.2. In case of emergency, leak, power failure, smell of gas or smoke, lock failure, or other urgent issue, the guest must contact the operator immediately.
6.3. The guest is responsible for safekeeping keys, access codes, and other access means unless specific apartment terms provide otherwise.
7. Liability and refusal of further stay
7.1. In case of gross violation of the House Rules or threat to property, neighbors, or the apartment, the operator may refuse further stay within applicable law and agreed terms.
7.2. Damage caused by the guest or people present in the apartment with the guest's consent must be compensated.
7.3. The operator may request documents or information needed for guest identification and legal compliance.
