1. Controller and consent action

1.2. Consent is expressed by selecting the separate checkbox ‘I consent to personal data processing’ before form submission.

2. Data and purposes

2.1. Data may include name, surname, phone, secondary contact or messenger, e-mail, apartment, dates, guest count, arrival time, wishes, and comments.

2.2. Session evidence, form submission, payment, and booking confirmation evidence may also be processed.

2.3. Purposes are availability and price checks, booking creation and support, payment and receipt processing, RealtyCalendar finalization, status messages, check-in, changes, cancellation, refunds, support, and legal claims.

2.4. Marketing is not a purpose of this consent and requires separate optional consent.

3. Processing operations

3.1. Operations may include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, necessary transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

3.2. Processing may be automated or non-automated.

4. Processors and payment data

4.1. Data may be shared as necessary with booking and calendar services, YooKassa, receipt, hosting, communication, and technical providers.

4.2. YAOLYA does not receive or store card numbers, CVC/CVV, or other payment credentials entered on YooKassa.

5. Duration and withdrawal

5.1. Consent applies until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required by law, accounting, tax, or claims needs.

5.2. Withdrawal and data requests may be sent to booking@yaolya.ru.

5.3. After a valid request, processing is stopped and data is deleted, anonymized, or archived as applicable unless another lawful basis remains.
